Tack v0.31.0: The Canvas Only Moves When You Speak

A live canvas earns its authority from a single promise: everything on it came from something that was actually said, just now. Version 0.31.0 makes that promise structural. Analysis is bound to capture itself — not to the meeting's status — so the microphone indicator reports the complete state of the system.

Bound to the Microphone

• One Source of Truth: Drift detection, topic extraction, and decision capture now run only while capture is live. Microphone off means the canvas is still, with no exceptions.
• Clean Returns: Reopen a meeting mid-session and Tack restores the conversation exactly as you left it. Restored history is recognized as history — it is never re-read as fresh speech, so returning to a meeting adds nothing you did not say.
• Precise Resumption: Pause and resume as often as a conversation requires. The driver picks up from the moment capture returns, with no backlog replayed into the canvas.

The result is a calibration Pioneers can read at a glance: what the indicator shows is what the system is doing.
