• Unified State Signal: Session state now lives in a single, expressive timer indicator — its tint and motion shifting precisely with the session, retiring the redundant status badge for a calmer, more authoritative command surface.
• Truthful Live Indicator: The live pulse is reserved exclusively for active capture; a composed indicator marks a paused session, eliminating any ambiguity about whether the conductor is listening.
• Considerate Session Pacing: The quality-cap countdown now surfaces only as the session nears its threshold, keeping the workspace serene throughout the meeting and signalling with intent precisely when it matters.

Contextual Tangent Capture

• On-Demand Parking: The Park Tangent control now materializes precisely when the conductor identifies a live tangent worth parking, and recedes when there is nothing to act on — eliminating idle, inert affordances.

Unified Manual Capture

• One Intentional Gesture: Manual capture of a decision, action item, or note now lives behind a single, elegant menu — preserving the operator's escape hatch when intervention is desired, without crowding the workspace.
